Cancellation and Refund Scenarios


1. Full Refund Eligibility
You are entitled to a full refund in the following situations:
 No service provider available in your area at the time of booking.
 Multiple bookings made accidentally due to system errors.
 Service provider fails to make adequate attempts to provide the service as agreed.
In these cases, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days and credited back to the
original payment source.


2. Partial Refunds for Cancelled Tests
If certain tests are cancelled due to clinical, technical, or pre-analytical reasons:
 Shri Balaji Diagnostics will inform you via email and SMS.
 You can opt for free re-collection of the sample for the unreported tests.
 Alternatively, you may request a partial refund, calculated based on the catalogue rate
of the unreported tests, adjusted to their weighted average in the total order value.


3. Denial of Re-Testing
If you choose not to proceed with re-testing:
 Refunds are applicable only if requested within 5 days.
 The refund will be processed to the beneficiary's account, provided the necessary account
details are shared.


4. General Cancellation by User
For cancellations initiated by the user:
 A nominal cancellation charge of Rs. 100 will be applicable.
 The remaining amount will be refunded within 7–10 working days to the original
payment source.

 Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 working days.
 All refunds are credited back to the original payment method used during booking.
